Concieria Tower's West
Amprop, in a co-investment partnership with United Kingdom’s leading property developer Grosvenor Asia Pacific Ltd and Hong Kong’s Nan Fung, had acquired 14 office and 3 retail units, totalling about 39,000 sq ft, comprising about 8% of net rentable area in a 44-storey residential cum commercial high rise building in Nishi-Shinjuku, Tokyo known as Concieria Tower's West.

Located in Nishi Shinjuku, also known as the “Skyscraper City of Tokyo”, this property is well connected via the Tochomae subway station which leads to the main Shinjuku station.

Within close vicinity to the property, there is the Shinjuku Chuo Park, blending in perfect harmony, greenery with the cityscapes of Shinjuku. The park is a great place for jogging and walking, offering the feeling of nature amidst this bustling hub in central Tokyo. The Hilton and Hyatt Regency Hotels and a variety of restaurants and large shopping malls are also some of the public amenities within short walking distance, making it a haven for shoppers and foodies alike.

Apart from all these, other on-going redevelopment schemes within the area by reputable Japanese property developers such as Mitsubishi Jisho Residence and Sumitomo Realty would no doubt enhance further the value of properties in Nishi Shinjuku.

This investment comes third in line to the earlier investments by Amprop in Japan, namely its inaugural Forest Nanpeidai in Shibuya-ku and the latter Court Annex Roppongi in Minato-ku. All 3 investments are located in metropolitan Tokyo, Japan. With the acquisition, Amprop’s investment in Japanese real estate is close to ¥2.9 billion (RM 102.2 million).
