Grosvenor Europe's residential development project, Modesto Lafuente 26, located in Madrid, has been named Best Residential Development in the ASPRIMA-SIMA 2020 awards.

Designed by Estudio Lamela, one of the world’s most recognised architectural studios, Modesto Lafuente 26 is an exclusive development of just twelve apartments in a former 1970s office building.

It was awarded the title for the exceptional quality of the design, build and finishes.The design of the impressive façade improves the urban landscape and maximises natural light to the apartments. It also enhances the exceptional views overlooking a protected green space with a historic grove of trees.

These contemporary residences are built to last with materials and fixtures selected from leading brands including Bulthaup kitchens. Quality and sustainability were considered at each stage of the project and Modesto Lafuente 26 boasts a Class A energy efficiency certificate (the most efficient
score possible) and holds a “Very Good” rating from the prestigious BREEAM® certification scheme, the highest international recognition in sustainable construction.

The Premios ASPRIMA-SIMA awards are the most prestigious in the Spanish real estate market.  The selection process, led by a panel of leading industry professionals, recognises the highest standards of excellence in the sector, including exceptional quality in the design and execution of development projects. Modesto Lafuente 26 participated in its award category along with twenty-five other important new build residential developments in Spain.
