Amcorp Properties Berhad (Amprop) is an established developer in the country, with a number of successful projects in its portfolio on the home front.

Apart from property development in Malaysia, it is also the objective of Amprop to position itself as an established property developer and investor overseas, by forging successful partnerships with sound and reputable investors and developers.

Amprop debut in London properties in 2009 with the acquisition of interests in two premier office buildings in Paddington known as 40/50 Eastbourne Terrace, which has since been sold at a profit of approximately RM66mil. Current investments which are all located in central London include :

Amprop’s quest to embark on niche developments in high growth international markets has led it to diversify its property investment and development portfolio into Tokyo, Japan. Amprop entered the Japanese real estate in 2015 through its maiden project, Forest Nanpeidai, and this is immediately followed by Court Annex Roppongi and later, by another property in Concieria Tower's West. All 3 projects are located in Tokyo.

In Hong Kong, Amprop ventured into a co-investment partnership with Grosvenor Asia Pacific Ltd to invest in a portfolio of value-add as well as redevelopment and development projects in Hong Kong. Amprop and Grosvenor will each contribute about HKD349 million (RM201 million) as capital to the equally-owned JV company.

In Shanghai, Amprop has entered into a joint venture with Chelsfield to acquire 5 floors of strata office properties in Llland Tower located at Nanjing West Road, Jing’an District. In Singapore, Amprop has acquired a 20% stake in 2 blocks of 8-storey premium Grade A office property located at 7 & 9 Tampines Grande.

Apart from London and Asia, Amprop has entered into a partnership to invest in a portfolio of real estate development and value-added projects in Madrid, Spain. Amprop's maiden Spanish venture is Calle De Jorge Juan. This was followed by Modesto Lafuente and La Esquina de General Arrando.

       Locally, Amprop is the developer of award winning on-going projects such as Kayangan Heights in Shah Alam, and Sibu Jaya in Sarawak.

Kayangan Heights is an exclusive high-end, low-density residential bungalow development that sprawls over 400 acres of pristine forestland, and is located within the fast-growing enclave of Section U9, Shah Alam in Selangor. This project was awarded the Excellence Award by the Institute of Landscape Architects Malaysia (“ILAM”) under the Property Developer Awards in Landscape Planning & Development Category.
Sibu Jaya township is located in Sarawak, and spans across a massive 1,400 acres. Sibu Jaya’s Pearl Avenue Residential Homes was nominated for the Best Residential Development Award at the South East Asia Property Awards, whilst Sapphire East, its newly developed business centre, won the Sarawak Housing and Real Estate Developers' Association (Sheda) Commendation Award for its three storey commercial shop-lot units.
